​Lets make Pumpkin Soup! I like roasting the pumpkin, then making the soup. How about those Pepitas? Who doesn’t love them, roasted and salted of course. Pumpkin Pie ?  Lots of creative things to do with a pumpkin! The deer out back love them too.
